Great customer service, wonderful breakfast and very clean.
Only downside was that there was not any plug adapters for charging cables/devices and we had to hunt for enough outlets

The hotel actually smelled very clean as we entered, the breakfast area was super clean. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire hotel. Great location just off the interstate and close to restaurants. Very quiet atmosphere. Enjoyable stay, would book this again.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not properly cleaned on arrival. I found an unidentified pill on the TV stand shelf, a spiderweb in the corner of the room, and black mold on both the bathroom wall and shower curtain. I ended up having to change the shower curtain out myself! This is completely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one at this price point.
When I brought these issues to the staff, they were not helpful and showed little concern about resolving the situation.
Cleanliness and basic hospitality should be a priority, and unfortunately this property lacked in both areas. I will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Room lacked tissue , no shower curtains, hair around the tub. The bed was comfortable. No regular creamer for breakfast, it was a bit sad. I didn’t bother the next morning. Front desk clerk was pleasant and helpful.

I have a bad back and the bed was perfect! I had plenty of coffee and towels. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.

Served it's purpose.
Average to slightly above average stay. Nothing to brag about and nothing to complain about, really. I do wish the furniture had USB charging ports like most hotel's these days, but we made do. I would stay here again.

no luck on the lock...
the front desk was professional and kind however there was a problem with the lock we couldn't use our key. The room was "ok". It looked like the previous guesses split vine over the carpet and there was a crack on the toilet cover.

一切都很棒。

我们很快就办理了入住手续。早餐很美味，唯一的小问题是华夫饼机那天坏了。要是能有一台就好了；对于我们这些喜欢吃煎饼的人来说，那就完美了。
除此之外，优质的客户服务和干净的环境弥补了这些小细节的不足。
