I live in Florida and travel to NH and Maine frequently I always stay at park sleep and fly hotels in Sanford before Early flight to Portsmouth NH. My flight was at 6AM 10-16 staying at this hotel for three nights. When I woke up I had a medical emergency and had to be transported by ambulance from hotel to hospital. I asked Best western to give me charge me for no-show due to hospitalionand cedit for future nights of 10-18 & 10-19 for a future stay. Other hotels on itineray agreed. They absolutly refused. I obviously will not be staying here again even though this is a twice yearly trip. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. I would caution anyone not to go to this hotel. Best Western has just lost more than I have lost for any future travel.

The place was very clean and quiet. It had a very nice breakfast with hot and cold options. The town has many shopping places.

Our first night we were given a room upstairs. The air conditioner was so loud, we could not sleep. The next morning we complained, and they gladly moved us to a room on the first floor. That was our only complaint, otherwise, the staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, well stocked, comfortable beds. We stayed an additional night. Plenty to see in the local area.

When we turned on the heater, it produced such an awful smell, we immediately turned it off.
Other than that - excellence all around. Well, there have been noisy people in the hall for the last hour or so.

It was a very nice day. Like most of the American hotels we’ve stayed in for the past couple of years, however, daily housekeeping is no longer provided. It’s a small thing, but when we were in Canada on this trip, daily housekeeping was the norm.

Room cleanings were not thorough. Bedspread was removed when stained and not replaced for 10 days. We were charged for the bedspread being thrown out, which I found out when I asked what the charge was. I then told the office manager that the bedspread was never replaced upon which it was replaced. I plan to fight this charge.

Nothing unique or impressive. But clean & reasonably quiet. pleasant staff. Great breakfast. No cleaning unless your stay is at least 3 days.

It was a safe and mostly clean and affordable place and otherwise expensive area. The breakfast is really terrible.
