Check in was quick and could get room approx 3 hours early. Nice hotel but a few small things needed to be fixed, i.e. plug-in next to bed, hand bar in shower loose and need a sleep mode on TV remote.

Check in was quick. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. I just spent 3 nights on 3 different trips and each one was great.

Clean, quiet, and updated hotel- stayed there twice! Breakfast was great serving hot and cold options! Staff was super friendly- will definitely be where I stay when I go to Omaha

It was horrible we did a family trip and asked for all our rooms to be by one another so our kids could hang out and so us ladies could all be close since our husbands weren’t with us and we were out of state, front staff was extremely rude and didn’t even try to make it better we checked in shortly after 5 and had spent the whole day at the zoo our rooms were okay but one of us was put on completely different floor and her smoke alarm was broken we had told them up front but nothing was done about,

Always buy the trip insurance
We were woken every morning by a toy or something being dropped on the ground in the room above us. 4 mornings in a row. We called the front desk and were told it would be handled. It was not. It was miserable. I will definitely purchase the trip insurance next time, so we can cancel and go somewhere else. Lesson learned.

It was very clean, I booked the jetted tub room with king bed. Very spacious and neat. Kids had fun in the tub. I also love the waffle maker. Just press the ok button, your waffle will be ready. Nice and professional staff. However, Housekeeping is daily and they also knock on your door to clean your room( since Covid, I have never seen any hotel with that. It’s either they clean every other day or request housekeeping) sometimes they don’t clean it even after requesting?
The only negative parts is only one elevator for whole hotel and people smoking on the entrance.

Maybe I'm easy to please, but I honestly appreciate a hotel with HANDSOAP in the bathroom. AND they had all Dove products in the bathroom, and I love Dove. Everything was clean and up to par. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. There was ample parking. The location felt safe and secure. Will definitely stay here again when in Omaha.

Very clean, friendlt staffs. room need some repair
Our room was well clean on all the Holiday Inn we were staying in. The room itself need some fixing up. The bathroom door doesn't lock, the bathroom vent just make noise. The room isn't noise insulated. We were 2 floor up, but could hear people talking outside. The AC does cool, but make so much more noise compared to some of the other hotels we stayed in.
