Clean room; housekeeping didn’t get to the room until after 3pm. The desk worker at check-in let me know we didn’t have a balcony room and then upgraded for free to a “balcony” that was level and overlooked the parking lot. Would have liked to see the view in the original room.

Liked the view. Not enough parking. Outside needs perked up. Pool area windows were very dirty and so was our suite.

We stay at holiday inn express frequently and usually are happy but this hotel is lacking in cleanliness and upkeep. Wpuld not stay again

The hotel was okay, kinda older and rundown. The gym is very small, only one treadmill. There are very few healthy breakfast options. The beds were comfortable and room clean. We booked because ******* advertised as close to Dixie Stampede. There were closer hotels that didn’t require crossing busy street.
