Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel had beautiful holiday decorations and a fabulous hot chocolate bar! They even gave us a welcome bag of snacks. Amazing stay!!

Anthony at check in was great! He offered the kids bubbles and made sure we stayed close to the pool. He was very helpful and couldn’t recommend the place to stay enough. Thanks❤️

The room was freezing cold; not until morning did I realize that the a/c was set to 66 degrees. In November.

The property was full with a group that was loud and rude. Children jumping upstairs, standing on chairs at breakfast and just unacceptable behavior.

I guess when they built this location they should have used better insulation to cushion the noise from upstairs and outside the rooms.

Area was nice, room was spacious and mostly clean aside from some cobwebs in the corners.
