I booked the wrong night, computer thing. I called the moment it happened. They would not cancel without giving me a refund of change my dates, or even a credit. 200 lost , not one cared.

Requested a King bed. Inexperienced clerk sent us to a room with 2 Queens. Went back to the desk and he called someone to help him. He gave us a new room on a different floor. New room was also 2 queens. We are exhausted and need to go to sleep as we are here for a funeral and are back on the plane tomorrow to go home. Doubt I’ll use ******* again as it complicated the rental car process and the hotel booking as third party causes issues.

They are under renovations which are coming along nicely. The breakfast is excellent and the cinnamon rolls were our favorite.

While the property is almost done with a renovation our room was damp and smelled so musty.

Extremely comfortable beds and variety of different types of pillows with high quality cotton sheets. Very close to Clemson's bridge campus and a fabulous Ramen restaurant

The hotel was under construction. The hallways smelled (mold, pulled up carpeting, etc from the construction) and were almost impossible to walk through. We had not been warned of the construction prior to check in.

No AC in the lobby or the hallways for the entire stay (in August). One elevator for the whole property which was not available the majority of the time. Bathrooms were not well maintained.

Check in was easy - staff was great.
The room smells terribly (musty/moldy smell), overflowing dumpster in the parking lot, hallway floor is dirty.
