My only thing was the bathroom wasn't totally cleaned. Could have been rushing and missed a few spots. It was not like it was filthy or anything like that. Towels were clean. Dove soap was super moisturizing.

The staff are friendly professional people. Facilities are extremely clean and breakfast is excellent. I used holiday in express in England and Belgium and around USA and I can tell everyone, this hotel is my preference for most of my travel.

Jake (no last name given) was unprofessional and sloppy at check in. When I returned to ask for a different room because the door was broken, he was rude and said there were no other queen rooms and became snotty with me and then said he could refuse me any room if he chose. He then called for 2 repairmen from another hotel and they explained to me that this hotel wasn't kept in good condition. They repaired the door and I thanked them for their help. After we finally were able to get our bags in the room, someone unlocked and tried to get in the room. Fortunately I had the safety latch on. I opened the door to see who had access to this room and without knocking, tried to get in. She said she was the manager but had no name tag or uniform to show she was the manager. I was very upset that she tried to walk in unannounced. She became very flustered and apologized and said she would comp us the room. I have never been to a hotel with such sloppy and unprofessional service!!!

Affordable and clean hotel

The hotel was very clean, our room was very clean, the pool was well kept. They do offer a free hot breakfast with a great variety. Definitely would stay here again.

Nice size room, breakfast was good with a lot of options, the property was clean and newly renovated.

My only small gripe was the staff who checked us in was very curt with me and seemed like I was bothering him. Didn’t tell me the usual need-to-know info like how to access WiFi, when breakfast was served or where the pool and fitness areas were located. Also when he told me the total bill I was a little surprised at the cost and his answer was one word, ‘tax’. My question also seemed to annoy him.
