We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, but we can tell it needs renovated. Lots of carpeting problems. The breakfast food was really good and all the people were friendly in the eating area and at the front desk.

Quick trip to Iowa
The hotel staff were very kind. The hotel room was very clean. However, the hallway leading to the elevator and the front desk needed some attention. This is first impression with guests so you want to make it look great. The breakfast smelled amazing. We weren’t able to enjoy the breakfast because her had somewhere to be. Would def stay again.

Do better Holiday Inn
Stayed in a king suite. The room itself wasnt bad except for right outside the window the pillar from the building was right there so that was our view. I didntbreally expect a great view though, i mean it was Dubuque, Iowa. Bathtub in my suite had standing water when using shower. Went down to use hot tub while my son swam and hot tub was out of order. Elevator was out of date on their inspections by months. The elevator floor was filthy with food and trash that a vacuum could have solved. The front desk staff clearly did not want to be there. The pancakes at breakfast were not done- the machine was not working properly. Had to ask breakfast staff to fill bacon, eggs, juice machine more then once while several guests were waiting and asking them to bring out more food as well. Pull out couch in my suite was so uncomfortable that my son got no good rest at all after being up all day for a wedding and then at a reception that night. We asked for more towels and staff said we dont have extra. Wow!!! Only good thing i have to say about my stay was location to wedding and reception i was there for. Will not return. I do not recommend! A multimillion dollar company such as Holiday Inn and this is how you run business?! Not a good look Holiday Inn, not a good look.

The bathroom had tile floor that was cracked, some of the tiles were loose. The door to the room would lock properly. Had to pull on the door hard to get it to latch otherwise you could push the door open.

Hotel a bit outdated.. Desk staff were helpful with my incorrect billing situation. I was very appreciative for their help on that, not sure why I was charged double price each night to begin with, but it was resolve as far as I know now. Have not actually seen the charge on my card yet.
Break fast was good, but scramble eggs must get changed. Omlet were ok

We stay at a lot of hotels in our travels and we came in late from the concert and the hotel hallways, elevators and vending area was not clean as I would expect. If course the price was increased for the concert but your facility was not the experience I felt justified the price. I am giving you 2 stars. Try to do better your a Holiday Inn.

Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was really good except watered down OJ and biscuit gravy was bland. Eggs and sausage fantastic! Couldnt get early checkin but it was understandable that hotel was very busy for field of dreams concert. 12 noon check-out is nice.

真是令人失望，因为我们3点到的时候房间还没准备好，就像预定的那样。后来他们说5点前几个小时就能准备好。然后我们终于拿到房间了，发现房间有些地方仍然很脏。然后我们去了热水浴缸。它更像是一个温水浴缸，而且喷头坏了。总而言之，这地方通常都很不错，但这次却让人很失望。
