The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. We had no problems. The property and our rooms were clean. Because I have celiac and have to eat gluten free we always need to travel with food for my diet. If you require refrigerated foods I would recommend bringing a cooler if you are staying more than overnight. The refrigerator is very small.

Area was fine. Kids took over the hot tub..I would like to see adult hours for the pool.
I also had to call downstairs because kids were kumping til about 1130

Called to cancel room for refund made reservation through *******, flight was cancelled so wasn’t able to check in and didn’t stay in room looking for refund i booked same day 2-3 hours before check in

Loved the location of the hotel, close to the highway and shopping. Didn't love that the tub had no plug so we couldn't take a bath. Also the A/C would not shut off and temp could not be raised so we were pretty cold all night.

The room was not very clean, the shower door did not close all the way,tje sheets did not stay on the bed, no free breakfast, some staff wear rude.our door was broken like someone broken in before ther is a whole in the flooring in the hallway. The pool was dirty on the bottom the jacuzzi was down fror cleaning during business hours.

We came to Kalamazoo for WMU move in weekend to drop our son off. What a great surprise! Clean, accommodating and EXCEPTIONAL customer service from Ryan! He single handedly made our stay exceptional. I am an HR professional and I can tell you, his soft skills are in HIGH demand! Would recommend 100%.
