I truly loved the property, but I had a very difficult time getting my reservation issue resolved. Despite four attempts, neither ******* nor the hotel was able to correct it, and I ended up paying for an extra day.

Clean new hotel. Breakfast was pretty decent. Only thing I would call a drawback is the pool is pretty small so a few people in it and it's pretty crowded

我没记住为我们办理入住的那位女士的名字，但她真该加薪！:) 她真是个多面手——一边帮客人办理退房，一边帮我们办理入住，同时还为我们每个人提供了最好的服务和关注。当她解释第二天早上的早餐时间时，我提醒说，为了准时到达棒球场，我们必须在早餐供应时间之前出发。她为我们的球员准备了一个早餐包，里面有早餐三明治、松饼和水果，我们非常感激。她做得太棒了！
房间很宽敞，大堂也不错，但枕头太糟糕了——凹凸不平。说实话，我们整晚都没睡着，这真是令人沮丧，因为我们当时正倒着时差，正期待着睡个好觉。枕头怎么这么难受，真是令人费解，请扔掉换个枕头吧。舒适的床对酒店房间来说可能是最重要的！虽然酒店本身不错，但我们不会再住这里了。顺便说一句，外面到处都是被风吹破的塑料袋，如果能把它们捡起来扔掉就好了。
