Graveyard shift personnel was attentive as I arrived after midnight. Room furniture was a little old, nicked up and dated. Not bad for the price.

Worse Stay Ever!
This was the worst stay ever 😩 The hotel was really worn down and you could smell the mold. The breakfast was horrible the orange juice and apple juice was rancid. The second morning there wasnt any coffee; by the afternoon the hotel did not have any running water for 4 hours and the wjole hotel smelled of raw sewage. I was physically sick 😫 This hotel needs to be demolished.

Worst experience ever bathroom did not work and Room was absolutely filthy. Please contact me with some type of customer service number that I can report this hotel. I also put a bad Google review in.

I always book where breakfast is included. The breakfast on both days was disappointing. The first day there was no eggs. The next day the eggs were terrible.

Clean. Friendly staff. Small outdoor pool. Free parking. No pets allowed.

There was damage behind toilet. Shower curtain rod was coming loose and wouldn't hold curtain. Pool was extremely dirty, cloudy and leaves on bottom. There were 4 of us in room yet every day they would leave 3 clean towels and 1 wash cloth. When we called for more they said we had to come downstairs to get them.

NEVER AGAIN!!!
WE STAYED 2 NIGHTS AT THIS HOTEL., THE FIRST NIGHT WAS OK. BREAKFAST WAS OK. THE SECOND NIGHT DID NOT GO WELL. ABOUT MIDNIGHT, MY WIFE FELT SOMETHING CRAWLING ON HER, AND SHE KINDA SCREAMED AND SMASH IT WITH THE SHEET. IT WAS A BED BUG. i CALLED AND REPORTED THIS TO THE FRONT DESK AND REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM. MY WIFE WANTED TO PACK UP AND LEAVE RIGHT AWAY. SHE WAS GOING TO SLEEP IN THE CAR IF THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY MORE ROOMS AVAILABLE. THEY WERE ABLE TO FIND ANOTHER ROOM ON THE 4TH FLOOR AND THAT ROOM HAD A VERY STRONG MUSTY ODOR SMELL AND MY WIFE WAS NOT HAPPY , SO WE ASK FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND THEY FOUND ANOTHER ROOM ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND THE TOILET DID NOT FLUSH AND MY DAUGHTER SAW A ROACH THAT MORNING IN THIS ROOM AND THIS WAS LIKE 2AM IN THE MORNING. WE WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE EXPERIENCE AT THIS HOTEL. THE MANAGER WAS NOT IN, THE FRONT DESK CLERK TOOK OUR COMPLAINT AND CELL PHONE NUMBER SO THE MANAGER COULD CALL US. SHE WAS DUE TO COME IN AT 3PM. WE CHECKED OUT AROUND NOON. WE WERE EXPECTING A CALL FROM THE MANAGER TO ASK FOR A REFUND FOR THE 2ND NIGHT FOR THE TERRIBLE AND INCONVENIENT EXPERIENCE. WE NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM THE MANAGER.
酒店房间都订满了,却还在接受预订。我开车12小时后,在深夜尝试办理入住。前台告诉我他们会处理退款并取消房间。结果酒店取消了房间,却一直没有处理退款。
我们到达时前台没有人,所以我们不得不等了 5 分钟才办理入住手续。
第二天我们要求提供毛巾,因为只有 4 条(我们 5 个人住在 6 人间),那位女士说没有毛巾。后来我向前台提出要求,但什么也没发生。
早餐时间是 6:30-9:30,所以我们 8 点去,有麦片但没有牛奶,有茶但没有热水,没有咖啡。
我问前台女士他们是否会送牛奶,她回答说“我们没有,有巧克力牛奶”,所以我解释说“我知道,但那是麦片的,她说我们只有这些”。
第二天连咖啡机都没有。
地板很脏,走廊里弥漫着浓重的 ********* 气味。
二楼的电梯出了问题,我们以为是坏了,我们会被困在里面。
当然是一次非常糟糕的经历。
我最初预订的是一楼的房间,因为我母亲有幽闭恐惧症,爬楼梯不方便,而且不坐电梯。
然而,我们办理入住的Audrey人很好,客服也很棒,但她只能按照系统显示的信息来。没有提供任何关于一楼房间的详细信息。我提前几天确认了,被告知一楼还有空房。
空房信息是四楼或二楼。最后我们选择了二楼的房间,住了7天。我妈妈太累了,不想换房间,所以决定爬楼梯。对她84岁高龄的人来说,爬楼梯既不方便,又费力。
房间很不错。
早餐种类不如我们之前住过的其他假日酒店丰富。
