No my experience was horrible I prepaid my registration and got to hotel and front desk said they had no room available. so we had to take a room with no heat and no air 418. Then had to be switch from that room because someone had taken a shower and laid in bed. Was then put in another room 416 with no heat and air, had to be given extra blankets to be keep warm. The following morning I was assigned to a new room 219, room was clean and had heat/air but when I went to turn on the water in bathroom sink the faucet fall off it my hand. Manager wouldn't call had to speak to him via email. Staff was nice but would not go back or recommend

The TV in our room did not work. The front desk offered to move us to another room but we were tired from a long drive and had already unpacked.

There was a small cockroach in our room very early sunday morning. I showed more than one picture to front desk staff. The general manager was supposed to call me so i can send the pictures.. I havent heard anything. Ive called two days since then, and only got someone on the phone once who said I would receive a call from the GM, that I still havent received.

The room had old and damaged furniture.
They didn't have the blinds with keep the sun out of the room. After paying the bill they charge me additional for amenities per day in which i didn't uses.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator ground and jolted at second floor to the point we were scared and used stairs. Other guests were experiencing the same thing. Front desk said he was calling manager immediately Rooms were dated, carpet had bleached spots and in rough condition, molding was missing in spots and chair was broken. Very nice people working there, but because of the condition of hotel I would not stay again.

The picture of the hotel exterior was bot the location where i stayed. It was next to a vacant lot. The pool was not open. Also there was a disturbing beeping noise all night long.
酒店房间都订满了,却还在接受预订。我开车12小时后,在深夜尝试办理入住。前台告诉我他们会处理退款并取消房间。结果酒店取消了房间,却一直没有处理退款。
我们到达时前台没有人,所以我们不得不等了 5 分钟才办理入住手续。
第二天我们要求提供毛巾,因为只有 4 条(我们 5 个人住在 6 人间),那位女士说没有毛巾。后来我向前台提出要求,但什么也没发生。
早餐时间是 6:30-9:30,所以我们 8 点去,有麦片但没有牛奶,有茶但没有热水,没有咖啡。
我问前台女士他们是否会送牛奶,她回答说“我们没有,有巧克力牛奶”,所以我解释说“我知道,但那是麦片的,她说我们只有这些”。
第二天连咖啡机都没有。
地板很脏,走廊里弥漫着浓重的 ********* 气味。
二楼的电梯出了问题,我们以为是坏了,我们会被困在里面。
当然是一次非常糟糕的经历。
我最初预订的是一楼的房间,因为我母亲有幽闭恐惧症,爬楼梯不方便,而且不坐电梯。
然而,我们办理入住的Audrey人很好,客服也很棒,但她只能按照系统显示的信息来。没有提供任何关于一楼房间的详细信息。我提前几天确认了,被告知一楼还有空房。
空房信息是四楼或二楼。最后我们选择了二楼的房间,住了7天。我妈妈太累了,不想换房间,所以决定爬楼梯。对她84岁高龄的人来说,爬楼梯既不方便,又费力。
房间很不错。
早餐种类不如我们之前住过的其他假日酒店丰富。
