糟糕透了
前台小姐态度很差。他们不接受我的借记卡支付杂费。还告诉她我没有其他卡，因为这是我的银行借记卡。这张卡有联邦存款保险公司担保，有维萨标志，通过萨滕银行办理，没什么特别的。我用同一张卡预订房间，但不知怎么的，因为所谓的政策，没法支付20美元的杂费。她没有提供任何帮助，只是盯着我看。房间很脏，有异味。我踩到了一块粘在地板上的大硬糖。我的空调坏了。我试着调低温度，但什么也没做。早上8点就要断水，所以除非我早点起床，否则我早上没法洗澡。酒店什么也没说，因为我不会住在那里。我的房间钥匙被停用了，不得不重新激活。真是糟糕透了。这家酒店的事情一件接一件。我提前退房去了别的地方。感觉我别无选择，只能留下来，因为预订费不予退款，但我已经受够了。我只想在干净的房间里安静地度过一天，而这个地方简直毁了我。
预订并安顿好房间后，我们吃了饭，回来时看到一只蟑螂爬墙进来了。（我拍了视频）电梯前放了一个水桶，用来清理大楼一楼/二楼的漏水。（我拍了照片）工作人员在没有亲眼看到害虫的情况下不会说什么，并说不用担心。
优点：干净。停车方便。员工服务不错，虽然我只见过一位。
缺点：办理入住排队要30分钟。浴室里没有皂液器，也没有放廉价小块香皂的托盘。没人洗手吗？没有卫生纸架，必须像青少年一样拿着卷纸放松。泳池区人很多，能听到其他楼层的脚步声。不会再来了。
装修陈旧。不提供饮用水。旁边就是工地，噪音很大。电视老旧，遥控器也坏了。房卡钥匙经常失效。空调噪音很大，时断时续，难以入睡。
非常热情
我们很早就到了，前台的两位女士非常友好热情。我们的房间还没有准备好，所以他们给我们升级了房间，我认为这很好，但没有必要，但很感激，因为我们从开车进来就很累了！
