The staff was friendly but the evening staff person tried to close the pool an hour early until other guest started complaining and then he changed his tune and he left it open till 10 like it was supposed to be instead of closing it at 9 like he was trying to. So there was that. But there was also the day staff who thankfully called us after our daughter had left her iPad in the room after we had checked out the housekeeping staff found it in the room. The front desk staff called us and let us know and we were able to go back and retrieve it. Other than the first night it was a pleasant stay. Would I stay there again and would I recommend…… yes I would!

Room was very nice, bed super comfy, and breakfast was excellent. The only drawback was the TV - the guide wouldn't display anything, just 23-1, 23-2, etc. but no description of what was on each channel. I finally figured out how to turn the volume up and down, hold down the button while pressing up/down. Boy, it shouldn't be that hard to find a movie to play.

Was extremely dissapointed in the service. Book multiple rooms for a lomg stay for a business group. Immediately after booking realized each room was booked for an extra day. Called within 10 minutes to get it corrected and neither hampton or ******* would fix it duebto it being booked through *******. Will not use either company ******* did a poor job trying to fix it, and the hampton inn s customer service was absolutely terrible. The employee basically laughed about it and said it was our loss. Mind you the rooms were rented for 2 weeks later and the hotel was saying it was full would have been very easy to release the rooms and rebook them. Just very dissapointed with the lack of care for their customers. Also lots of construction going on dust everywhere in the halls and the room.

Never again

We booked thru *********. BIG MISTAKE. Our “spacious” room turned out to be about 10’x 10’ room next to the elevator. Noisy thumping all night. The Hampton hotel was under construction. More noise, no pool and no hot tub. After checking out the room, we were told to contact hotel. Com because they do not allow cancellations. We ncontacted their customer service and were told we would get a credit to use on future bookings with *********. Guess what! It never came. The front desk told us ********* books the cheapest smallest rooms on site. We will not book through them again. Very disappointed.

Great Hotel Stay

Despite the construction, the hotel still looked great. Our room was clean and looked great. Every employee we dealt with was friendly and courteous. We will definitely be staying again when we're in town!
