My third stay at this property and hopefully not my last. Kristan and Greg in the restaurant and bar were amazing and a true asset to the property.

Room was nice. Food at the bar and grill was good. The front desk staff were not the best. I am very sure one of the staff was actually tweaking on the job. But the food/grill staff were phenomenal. My biggest compliant was the carpet in the hallways. It is lifted in some spots and makes it easy to trip over

King size bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. The A/C was turned down to 65, but stayed 75 in the room. Sliding balcony doors were locked and you couldn’t open to get a cool breeze.

房间很干净。前台工作人员在我们抵达和退房时都显得手忙脚乱，不知所措。他们找不到我们的万豪会员号，无法将入住信息添加到我们的账户。我们提前大约一个小时到达，前台的女孩看起来工作压力很大。她甚至允许我们先办理入住，然后等待房间。最后，一位男士接待了我们，因为我丈夫说他以前从未遇到过这种情况，至少可以先办理入住，结果房间突然就空出来了。餐厅的工作人员非常友善，但我觉得如果酒店客人能在音乐会后也能在那里用餐就更好了。街对面的空停车场很碍眼。空调和暖气系统只能维持在73华氏度（约23摄氏度），晚上我们觉得太热了。

令人失望的是，浴室里竟然没有洗手液之类的用品，尽管今天离开房间时，清洁人员的推车上明明摆着这些。我只能用洗手液洗手。另外，浴室里只有两条毛巾和一条洗脸巾。
房间非常干净，床很舒服，停车也很方便。前厅温馨舒适。酒吧员工热情友好。如果您要参加活动，这里是理想的下榻之处，因为它就在体育馆和购物中心对面。
办理入住手续的柜台人员态度可以更友好一些。倒不是粗鲁，但对于一位没有问题、理解并已在线预订的客人来说，态度可以更亲切一些。
