千万别来这间酒店,卫生超差,服务超差,等于没有服务,洗手间的门是坏的,没办法关上,而且空间很小,胖一点的话都转不开身。电视没有信号,时时看不到。酒店房间设备不完善,衣柜连个门都没有。前台10次9次都没人听电话,远在他乡,你会很无助。不知道为什么会有这么高的评分。
总体来说,住宿体验很棒,但进房间却有点麻烦。我帮丈夫预订了房间,提前打电话确认预订单上是我的名字而不是他的名字,这样可以吗?他们向我保证不会有问题。可惜的是,我丈夫到达后,他们差点因为这个原因没让他入住。我不得不恳求他们让他入住,并保证是我预订的。幸运的是,高层管理人员最终让他入住了,但由于信息冲突,我们差点失去了预订。
房间里到处都是头发。浴室水槽很脏。浴缸里有霉菌。地板上到处都是污渍。这根本不是我想要的房间。孩子们太累了,我几乎把所有东西都擦洗干净,自己承担了损失。最糟糕的是我住在一楼,通往外面的出口门甚至都没锁。但我不会再来了。
