We had a mouse in the room, an inch gap under the door that let in all kinds of noise along with the aforementioned mouse, and no working wifi.

Seemed to be a recently renovated hotel. Accommodations were good. Plenty of parking. Local restaurants to go to.
Little disappointed with breakfast. Considering the cost of the room, it was just basic bagels and muffins type of thing. No coffee pots in the room but there was a coffee station available.

Great hospitality during check in.
I enjoyed the breakfast spread! The froyo was a delight to see. I didn’t get a chance to visit the pool, but I did stop by; Nice size with a jacuzzi.

Wasn’t what I expected for a $200 room. I went with the Hilton name but it was just ok. Could have gotten the same at a cheaper hotel

The first night was great. The second night, we could not go to sleep because there was a function going on in the ballroom and the music was extremely loud. Gues should be notified so they can be prepared. Also, there were kids running up and down the hallway. Very disappointed.

The place is good, all friendly, the only comment is that our room is not ready on our time to check in at 3:00pm, we have to wait for almost 3 hours, but all the staff apologies and very friendly to explain to us.we surely back the place is clean and staff are good.
酒店干净舒适。靠近帕克斯******和芝麻街等景点。驱车片刻即可抵达众多优质餐厅。酒店设有漂亮的室内泳池和热水浴池，员工友好热情，提供美味的欧陆式早餐。此外，酒店还允许携带宠物入住。
入住体验不太好。办理入住时，工作人员都在外面抽烟，等了一会儿才有人过来。分到的第一个房间不是我预订的，又得下楼去确认订单。换的第二个房间马桶是坏的，房间也没打扫干净。之后房卡还失效了，我们进不去房间，又得再跑下去一次。还有其他客人把酒店后门开着，导致无家可归的人和**者随意进出……这家酒店在安全和清洁方面真的需要好好改善一下了。
