Staff needed better training. Computer messed up my address and had to repeat it three times at check-in as they weren’t on the right screen. At check out, walked up to the desk right in front of the clerk while she played on her phone (older clerk), had to clear my throat for her to look up.

Very disappointed. We had booked this hotel and though it is very clean and the staff at the desk is quite pleasant, we had a weather situation that we had to leave early. There was going to be a nor'easter in our area and we had to get home immediately before they closed certain roads down .We did not stay the two nights we originally booked. We only stayed one. And the hotel would not refund us back our second night even after we explain the situation and had also purchased protection.

This hotel was a great location for Sesame Place— just 15 minutes away. Also, the room was clean and spacious.

I had a very pleasant experience, staying here. The woman who checked me and was very compassionate and understanding towards the situation I had prior to. I'm not sure why I didn't book here in the first place as I am a Hilton rewards member.. I will stay here for sure again. Everything was very welcoming, including the staff.

This hotel is fairly new and is very clean. It is bare bones with no dressers and small bathroom. Beds were comfy. Linens were micro fiber. The breakfast was fresh assorted breads, cereal, yougurt, and fruit. No hot items.
We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful. Rosa who helps with breakfast was very solicitous and kind. Nice place for kids.
入住体验不太好。办理入住时，工作人员都在外面抽烟，等了一会儿才有人过来。分到的第一个房间不是我预订的，又得下楼去确认订单。换的第二个房间马桶是坏的，房间也没打扫干净。之后房卡还失效了，我们进不去房间，又得再跑下去一次。还有其他客人把酒店后门开着，导致无家可归的人和**者随意进出……这家酒店在安全和清洁方面真的需要好好改善一下了。
酒店干净舒适。靠近帕克斯******和芝麻街等景点。驱车片刻即可抵达众多优质餐厅。酒店设有漂亮的室内泳池和热水浴池，员工友好热情，提供美味的欧陆式早餐。此外，酒店还允许携带宠物入住。
