Staff was amazing each and every person took personal interest in our stay and were very pleasant as well as professional. We’ll stay there again. I’ve been there twice now and have found both days exceptional.

Overall, clean, well kept hotel. Breakfast was a little sparse, but clean and well-prepared. The pool was also clean and maintained. The bad part? The bed was the most uncomfortable I've ever "slept" in. Once, in my 20's, I went tent camping in a downpour. Our whole site was flooded, so we had to set up on the gravel driveway. The air mattress deflated partway through the night and we slept on the gravel. That was more comfortable. Ill definitely be needing to see the chiropractor after our stay.

When we checked in after midnight, the front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly but when i asked for clarification on the elevstor location, a second male employee told me to shut up and go to my room. I felt threatened and my wife and i and two grand children all stayed in the room thst night intil we wete sure he was gone the next morning.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was very run down and dirty. We had to clean off some sort of red stuff all over the bathroom door. Trim was caked with dust and dirt. This hotel is in need of a deep clean and renovations. Lots of better options in that area.

It was ok. The fountain outside was nice and reminiscent of better days. The inside was old-looking but not terrible. The coffee machine was broken the whole time i was there and the room had a musty smell. The bathroom floor had hair all over it the first night. But they cleaned it up on day 2.

Just okay for how pricey it was
This is our third stay here, but first time in their suite with 4 beds that can sleep up to 8 people. The beds were double beds, not like the queen beds in the other rooms we've booked before. The beds were uncomfortably hard. They were like sleeping on the floor. The room had 4 bath towels in it, yet sleeps 8. I shouldn't have to go down to the front desk at midnight when we got to our room to ask for more towels, sleeps 8 should have 8 in room. Breakfast was ok as usual. Wish they would vary the breakfast and offer bacon vs sausage and have some other options.
