靠近电梯的房间千万不要选，格局奇怪，噪音太大
社区环境不太好。感觉不安全。只住了一晚，家里有急事。预订了三天。他们根本不肯赔偿。前台说如果同意就联系*******，他们会退款。*******说他们联系了前台，但拒绝退款。
停电6小时。唯一的楼梯穿过泳池区，泳池没有照明。最后一天发现活臭虫。没有提供任何餐饮或折扣等优惠来弥补如此糟糕的体验。
