Came for the art show
It was a nice hotel and had excellent internet. Biggest issue was the sheets on the two queen beds were damp. Get with house keeping and tell them to make sure they are totally dry before putting them on the beds.

The hotel staff were surly at checking and had messed up our reservation. She seemed unhappy and a little aggressive to have to wait on my partner and me. After that one difficult lady the rest of the staff encounters were professional, courteous and helpful/ kind and I'm glad we stayed. My partner was not. He had a bad impression of hotel cleanliness and the room quality and service was lacking.lgbtq visitors should be aware that the front desk receptionist

So-so Stay
The beds were comfortable but there is technical deficit on the building. The elevator was barely functional and the overall building could use some money.

The lobby was nice and clean. So I was hoping my room would be the same way unfortunately it was not. Room was dirty had sticky stuff on the countertop and peanuts on the floor when we walked in and a toenail over by the couch when I sit down the next morning.

Bed sheets and blankets for pull out sofa were not clean. The counter where the microwave was at was sticky. The blinds were stained. The lobby was nice the room was not great.

The property needs TLC - IE., add some flower pots, spruce up the gazebo area.
The room - the toilet bowl was disgusting. We were at the end of the hallway on the 1st floor, I woke up every morning to the smell of breakfast, which wasn't the best smell. I did eat the breakfast and it was okay. The selection was good in my opinion but the food was warm at best.
The hotel was convenient for the event I attended so I can't complain. I did mention any of my concerns to management.

This property is not clean and is really in need of some major updates. The hotel hallways and room smelled musty. The floors are dirty from the entrance, to the elevators and in the room. The shower doors and trim have stains. There was hair and dust in the corners of the bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was missing the hook and a big hole was left in the door. Food crumbs were between the mini fridge and wall. Crumbs (or some sort of debris) was also under the desk on the carpet. The air condition was making a noise that kept me from sleeping. I called down to the front desk on my cell (because the room phone didn’t work) the gentleman told me to turn it off for a while. It’s been 90 degrees for several days. However I did until the room reached 75 then I turned it back on…no change. He didn’t offer me another room or anything!!!
This is certainly not a Holiday Inn that I’ve been used to staying at. Big disappointment

Decent
Room itself was decent. Definitely needs some attention with caulking around windows and water drainage. We had room on 1st floor. First night we didn’t check much it was late (coming from out of state for wedding) On our second night when we arrived to our room we noticed a lot of black specs….. it was a crap ton of ants in the air conditioner all over and inside the unit. As well as slugs crawling up the wall from the corner crack on the floor. Ants were crawling along the baseboards of the room and getting in the bed frame. It was late 11pm!
Management was notified immediately. They did move us to a different room, however we had a two queen bed room and they didn’t have any more available only had a king room available. Beings that it was so late we had to make it work. Was not impressed because the sofa bed didn’t have a real mattress and you could feel the bars in it.
Breakfast was good. Had a lot of choices. Staff was friendly. Indoor pool was nice

Good hotel. Breakfast was nice and more selection than I expected. Room was filthy! Coffee stains down the wall behind desk. Stray candy on the floor against furniture. Shower had dirt embedded in floor pan and grout.
