If you can provide your original booking receipt showing a reservation for a two-bed room, we would be more than happy to investigate further and offer compensation, as we would never intentionally change a guest’s room type.Regarding the housekeeping situation, we also clarified our actions in our earlier response. Our front desk staff did apologize and provided an explanation of the situation, as well as an option to inspect the room, which was declined. We understand your frustration, but we believe our team did their best to address the issue in a respectful and professional manner.We want to reassure you that we take every guest's concerns seriously, and the offer to resolve the room discrepancy still stands. 酒店是典型的美国风格木头房子。有阳台，阳台比较好。

按摩浴缸很棒。泳池也不错。
唯一的缺点是早餐需要更详细地解释，早餐在酒店附属的餐厅，需要使用优惠券支付，而且早餐选择不多。
房间宽敞舒适，但门下有缝隙，而且房间在一楼，虫子很容易进来。我不得不用毛巾盖住门，防止虫子进来。我在房间里发现了一只蟋蟀和一只蜘蛛。浴室不错，有淋浴间。床超级舒服。
我们在这里住了四晚，参观了一家酒庄。我们住的房间可以容纳六人，其中三人入住。房间里有微波炉和咖啡机，附近还有好市多和塔吉特。非常方便。我很乐意再次入住这里。
为什么我觉得 Best Western Plus 实际上是 Best Western Minus？这周我住了 4 家 BW 酒店，2 家标准间，2 家 Plus 间……我在标准间吃早餐，但在 Plus 间吃不到。Vines 酒店虽然很现代、干净、舒适，但我觉得有点不公平。
我们非常享受这次住宿——环境安静，晚上睡得很好。我很欣赏在线办理入住和退房以及在线支付小费的便利；这节省了时间，也让整个流程更加顺畅。如果我们有任何需要，可以发短信通知，这也是一个很棒的功能。我们也很喜欢酒店的位置——对我们来说很方便。
我们唯一希望的是房间里的淋浴喷头能装得高一些，而不是手持式的。除此之外，我们对这次住宿非常满意。
地理位置优越，物超所值，开车去河边很方便，在那里散步、用餐，还能欣赏纳帕山的美景，真是太惬意了！住在底层的房间里，我们确实听到了楼上邻居早起的声音，而且热水浴缸里的人的声音隔着门都能听得清清楚楚。我建议升级一下隔音设施。所有家具都很新潮、现代！
服务不佳
酒店环境优美舒适，但服务却不尽如人意。我被安排了一间无障碍客房，却没有提前通知。我预订了两张床，结果被安排了一间只有一张床的房间。由于原本应该和我们一起入住的客人没有来，所以我没有抱怨，因为一张床就足够了。问题始于我和丈夫一大早就出门散步，退房前回到房间准备迎接新的一天，客房服务人员已经在打扫房间了，我们说还没退房，客房服务人员却没有离开。当我告诉前台我们还没准备好退房，客房服务人员正在房间里时，她说“这种情况有时会发生”。前台没有道歉，也没有提出任何解决问题的方案。我联系总经理告知事情经过，他们告诉我，如果我在房间里遗落了任何东西，他们会安排失物招领处，把遗留的物品送到那里。我明白问题会发生，也明白他们为什么想要抢先打扫房间，但对这个投诉的回应并不令人满意，而且根据他们的解决方案，我会犹豫是否再次使用这家酒店。

预订时可以提及“外带早餐”，但酒店没有早餐室。

超出预期。我们之前在巴黎的贝斯特韦斯特酒店住过，体验很糟糕。但这里的房间大小和地理位置让我们感到惊喜。
