Breakfast staff was amazing. But when we checked in on Saturday, the woman upfront was not very nice and a little rude.

This hotel was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at hands down. The girls were so nice at check in an it was quiet also. Good breakfast every morning, not just fruit an bagels. Full breakfast. Would recommend to anyone staying in Gaylord.

The room was nice & clean. Near shopping. The breakfast was good. Even though I was alone, I felt very safe.

inside pool and hot tub needs upgrade.. Parking lot and landscaping needs curb appeal. Lobby coffee cold and replenish fruit more often.

Front desk girl was great, parking lot was not very clean and hallways were dirty. But the room is very clean and comfortable

The front desk staff and the young lady with blonde ponytail in breakfast room. Both were very good and personable. Wonderful experience
酒店位置很好，就在75号高速公路旁边。员工非常友好。房间很干净，设施也维护得很好。
酒店进出比较方便。比较干净。酒店布局有点奇怪。房号4xx 实际在二楼，而且没有明确标识。
