Fantastic location relative to the Western U. campus. The staff was helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty standard buffet-styled. The only complaint is that the amount of noise (voices/TV) coming through the walls was greater than most hotels that we've stayed in.

Only bad thing was the bed. It was too high. I am barely 5' and getting on and off was difficult. A stool was provided for this purpose, but it had rollers and would not stay in place. I am 83, get up during the night to use the bathroom, so this was not a good experience.

The property was obviously in need of maintenance. Elevator was broken. Lights were burned out. Paint in bad shape. Luckily the room was fine.

Comfortable bed and good breakfast!
I read several reviews before booking this hotel and was very pleased. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and Dove products were provided in the bathroom. There was a wide variety of breakfast options. My room was near the elevator, and it was loud when people were talking in the hall, so if you are a light sleeper, I would advise asking for a room away from the elevator. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.
