Everything was great EXCEPT breakfast on Thanksgiving morning. The hotel was full to capacity...I think. They have "breakfast made to order." Needless to say the line was very long and there was only one cook. We waited 30 min. to place our order...and they had run out of bacon. Sad. The next morning, they set out a serve yourself breakfast buffet. No wait at all.

Second time staying at this hotel this year. Location is good, maybe just a 1/2 mile off 95. Across the street from a college. Has a Fridays attached. Room was clean and quiet but a little "dated". Beds were comfortable. And each bed has 4 full sized pillows. (I hate the little pillows some places have now) I like the suite set up where the living room is separated by an actual door from the bedroom. A tv is in both the living room and bedroom.
And the Best breakfast of any hotel that I have stayed at.
I mean by far the best, with good coffee too

Staff 100% nice all three rooms that they showed me needs to be remodeled top to bottom including the appliances falling apart

Hot tub was out of order one of the reasons I picked this location.

I wasn't provided the room that I booked. I received one bed instead of two. Which made it an uncomfortable stay for us.

Nice cozy hotel having most amenities. Like a well heated pool in winter and very expansive tasty complimentary breakfast. Also a positive word for the evening reception for guests
