Hotel is our go to stop on the way up north and on our way back… very comfortable, excellent reception good breakfast and reception at 5:30

Considering I spent $170 for the room, I felt that a one night deposit of $150 was a little bit ridiculous and cut into my travel budget significantly. The gentleman at the front desk did not seem to care either.

This was a great experience checked in and walked right into their happy hour which is very generous. My room was clean and spacious. Only the thing, the bathroom floor didn't appear to be swept or mopped which was minor (had my slippers on). Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay... definitely going again for just a me time visit.

Great room & breakfast, questionable service desk!
I was unhappy when I checked in and I was not able to use my card for the incidentals both rooms that I booked. I have done so in the past with not only this hotel, but other hotels within the Hilton honors program. Other than that, everything else was as expected as I’ve stayed here quite a few times. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very comfortable today.

I enjoyed the scenic view as I walked in.A nice size waterfall, and a large eating area.Also there was a T.G.I.Friday's,adjacent to the hotel.
