Fridge was a bit noisy and I heard what seemed to be a slow leak in the back of the toilet. Other than that, it was real nice.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Location was great. The local elk came to breakfast right outside our room.

We turned the water on for my childs bath and immediately orange and red liquid came out. We cant seem to get a refund for our stay it was very dirty

酒店回复: We hate you did not enjoy your stay if you would let the front desk know we would have been more than happy to fix that right away, the water was checked and seems fine and we do have clean city water usually that color comes out only in well water. We would have moved you to a new room if we had known and seen that water we had plenty of rooms available at that time. Thank you

Room was good, a little worn, but clean and comfortable. The staff was EXCELLENT. Right after checking in, I tried to open the fridge to atore my diabetic mefs. The door was stuck. When I got it open, it came with a little snowfall. The entire freezer compartment was packed with frost. Of course, the bottom half eas warm. I called the front desk & they sent 2 gentleman up right away. Once they saw the ossue, they moved me to a new room right away!
The free nr4eakfasts were great. Lot of variety. Eggs with cheese (think mini cheese omelet), sausage, toadt, biscuits, gravy, make-your-own waffles station (choose 1-4 mini waffles). Cereal wirh milk and oatmeal, mini muffins, fresh fruits, coffee & juices. Only thing unavailable was the fresh yogurt station, but plenty to choose.
I would stay here again without hesitation.

干净，价格合理，适合周末住宿。从这里开车到 Cherokee Harrah's ****** 大约 30 分钟。我最喜欢这里的早餐，因为除了水果苹果和橙子外，早餐还有很多热食。
