The staff were geeat. I didn't like when I tried to extend my stay for additional 4 days. The price doubled! I am a professional traveler, familiar with rates vased on season etc. Price,in an almost empty hotel in early October (slow time) to be double the price of late Srptember consider very busy for a guest already in the hotel is a ripoff. I had to reserve a sinilar hotel in the heart of Springfiled with access to EVERYTHING at half price! It has been a great deal, very friendly atmosphere, inexpensive with the most delicious breakfast and dinner ever.

Very pet friendly, and reasonable pet fee and weight restrictions. Very grateful. Nice gym and excellent breakfast. Front desk very pleasant to work with if you need anything. Room was great except AC ran alot, so struggled with some humidity.

对于一家七口住两间房的家庭来说，这次住宿体验非常棒。前台的姑娘非常专业，帮我们找到了餐厅和我们需要的东西。经过漫长的家庭旅行后，房间非常干净舒适，配备了我们休息所需的一切，附近有餐厅和沃尔玛。地理位置优越，早餐也很美味，泳池区也很干净。我一直想找汉普顿酒店连锁，因为我住过大多数酒店都感觉不错，而且这家看起来是新装修的。清洁人员非常友好周到。我会再次和家人住在这里，只是希望下次他们能提供套房，这样我们就可以住在一个房间里了。谢谢。
当地遭遇破纪录的热浪，空调却运转不正常。房间里每天都接近80华氏度（约27摄氏度）。维修人员每天半夜才能修好空调，但那时已经太晚了。电视也经常卡顿，就像网络不好的流媒体服务一样。工作人员虽然乐于叫维修人员，但却毫无歉意。
