We understand how important the amenities in your room are, and we sincerely apologize for the issues with the hot tub and TV. This is certainly not the experience we strive to provide our guests. Please note our Maintenance staff offered to do a quick 2 minute reset to activate the jets again. Unfortunately, our request was turned down. When housekeeping cleans the hot tub, they turn the jets on to ensure they are fully functional, sanitized and cleaned. Additionally, the local cable provider decided to terminate services and we are working on elevating our guest entertainment experience with new TV's with streaming functionality, boarder variety television channels, and much much more.Your comments have been shared with our team, and we are actively addressing these concerns to ensure they don’t affect future guests. Please note our maintenance staff has looked into the water not being warm. Our water heaters are properly maintained and flushed on a timely basis to prevent a situation like this. We have personally checked the water in the room you stayed in and have noticed that it may take a little longer to get to the room, due to the distance from the water heater. It is slightly longer to reach and gets nice, warm, and steamy in the shower. We have been partnered with the local county cable company for the past 27 years. They terminated their television service for all commercial and residential use and left us to go find another solution without any real notice. We wish this process can be as turn key as buying a product on Amazon and having it delivered the next day for installation. Being in a tertiary market, services and products still take a bit longer than most primary markets. Due to no fault of ours, we know this may affect many of our guests, so we wanted to make it right. We are happy to report our new elevated and enhanced in room guest experience with brand new 55in televisions, streaming, more channels, and more functionalities. We want to ensure that the company we chose to partner with ensures that our guests get the best in room entertainment during their stay with us in Fallon. We have posted this as a notice on our website to inform all of our guests.

这家酒店不值得我花这么多钱。客房清洁不是每天打扫。每 3 天打扫一次。我在那里住了 6 天,只打扫过一次。

总的来说,如果我以后再去 Fallon,我不会再去那里了。
这不是我住过的最差的酒店,但是我花了 200 美元住一间带热水浴缸的房间,热水浴缸不能用,电视也不能用,而且水是倒着的,等了一分钟才有热水,然后发现热的也是冷的,冷的也是热的。
前台人员非常友好,床很舒服,早餐不错,房间很干净,我不喜欢他们的电视设置,很混乱,你必须通过手机或其他设备登录才能观看电视,所以没法使用电视

前台员工和员工都很棒。房间很不错,但浴室确实需要翻新,浴缸/淋浴间正在剥落,开关旋钮一直在转动。
早餐每天早上都一样。他们需要提供灯塔和真正的香肠,也许还有一些早餐三明治。
