I felt safe as an older woman traveling alone. That was the most important thing to me. The parking was close and the room was spotless! The staff was kind and welcoming.

We paid for two days at $269.99 plus $35.00 room tax per night. With all taxes it cost $655.38. This was just a standard two queen beds not pool side. Had to leave one day early due to a family illness back home. When checking out, the desk person said she would check with the next person on duty to see what they could do on cost reduction. Nothing done! Not happy.

The receptionist mentioned checking out late was a problem because our room was suite and required extra time cleaning which was fine except when we entered the room it was not clean. I believe the only thing done in the room was clean linens. There were remnants of a supreme pizza (green olives, sausage and cheese) were all over the floor. The receptionist did offer us a vacuum…There was unidentifiable black specks on the carpet and in the bathroom. The sink had hair around it. The hide-a-bed had crumbs inside as well as pill that luckily we were able to identify as an ibuprofen. The rooms are very noisy, don’t except to sleep well in the suite area since there is no buffer of pool noise.
Other than that, the pool was nice and warm!

Noisy and I don’t like the fact I requested a refund after a very noisy first night and they said contact ******* as it was booked through them.

The staff are friendly but tge rooms need to be updated. The first room, the fridge didnt work. We got moved to a different room but the faucets were leaking, the carpet felt sticky, I like to walk barefoot but I couldn't do it there. The conditioner and hand soap was empty the first day we were there. The staff were good at giving us replacement including toilet paper. They did a power wash on the pool floor and the water splashed into our room where I was standng in the room, the carpet got wet. I have asthma and something was disturbing my lungs and I wonder how many times that carpet got wet, and maybe mold underneath??? The breakfast was good. We used the gym, there's a nice patio but it was not kept up, weeds growing everywhere, it would of been a nice place to sit and enjoy the free breakfast in the morning.

Terrible clerk at check in! Told me to come some other time. No room available even though I had a reservation! Was given a dirty noisy room with toilet running off and on.
