Never Again.

The stay was horrible, the 1st room had a fire alarm that wasnt working and was going off constantly. When moved to another room, that room had water backing up in the bathtub and had a leaking sink. Both rooms had roaches and bug splater all over the place. Even the shower curtains had fresh bug stains. The bed in one room had a major dip in it.

Room was spacious and carpet was clean. The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. Heating worked fine. Plenty of parking. Blackout curtains fine. We usually have a lot of stuff to cart into our room, and use a cart, but here that was not particularly convenient. We have stayed there once before and will stay there again when down that way.

I recently stayed at the Best Western in Hebbronville, and I have mixed feelings about my experience.

**Positive Aspects:**

The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming. They made the check-in process smooth and were always available to assist with any questions I had during my stay. Their friendly demeanor made a positive impression.

**Negative Aspects:**

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired. When we checked in, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The shower curtain was stained, which was quite off-putting, and the bathroom floor appeared dirty. Additionally, I noticed that the door frame trim covering the deadbolt was missing, which raised concerns about security and maintenance.

Overall, while the staff provided excellent service, the condition of the bathroom significantly affected my stay. I hope management addresses these issues to enhance the experience for future guests.

A quiet little town and my room was oriented away from potential highway noise. Very nice person working at reception late that evening. The rooms are nice and large. The finishes are fresh. Full size pillows. I appreciate that the large mini fridge has a freezer compartment so that I'm able to re-freeze my cold packs for my cooler. A few signs of wear and tear. A rip in the bedside lamp shade. The door tray in the fridge is broken, the freezer needs defrosting, and the shower/bath diverter wasn't sealing properly so the water flow didn't switch fully to shower. I conveyed this and it was passed on to the manager. Breakfast at 5:30 a.m. on weekdays, so I was able to get an early start. Nice array of options. I'm glad I chose this hotel over the hustle and bustle of Laredo.
