Hotel is run down. Air freshners in hallway and room helped when we first checked in, but about 5 am the worst smell woke me up. Not sure if it was breakfast being prepared or from something happening in the hall or next room. I felt secure booking a Best Western as they are usually ckean and kept up, but this definitely didn't meet that expectation. Way overpriced for what it was. We were excited about there being biscuits and gravy as a brrakfast choice, but the gravy was watered down and tasted terrible. We threw our entire plate of food away abd found a McDonalds down the road.

The couple who operate this motel were delightful and genuinely cared that our stay with them was enjoyable.
We would definitely return to their motel.

This is a very clean and nice hotel.
The check-in was easy with a friendly attendant.
The rooms were clean, spacious with comfortable beds.
They have in room coffee and a nice breakfast bar.

Our experience was as advertised. Staff was courteous. Motel was clean. Everything was in working order. Pool was good. Hot tub was good. Breakfast was good. Met or exceeded our expectations. As Advertised.

The staff was very friendly, but the hot tub was broken. However, they did refund a portion of our stay for this.
