The staff was polite and very nice. The property is rather rundown and in need of renovation but the rooms and bedding are clean. We had problems with getting the water to work in the bath but we finally managed and it was hot and had good pressure. It was pet friendly but it would be nice if they had an area thar was grassy instead of rocky for the pets.

We were unable to stay at this property. There was a mix-up with our reservation dates. The desk clerk was not helpful in any way. Perhaps she could have contacted ******* to fix the issue, but she wasn't interested in doing that. We were able to confirm things with *******, and receive a refund. I would not recommend this property for this reason.

酒店回复: When you make a reservation with a third party the front desk can not make any alterations to reservations, also when the front desk clerk asked you to call ******* it was due to the fact that when we call they tell us they have to contact the guest before they can do anything, so it would have saved everyone an extra step. She also made the suggestion that if you could call and cancel with ******* she would book you a reservation directly with the property. Your response was to have your phone speaker as loud as possible and argue with her then throw your phone across the lobby,
其实就是汽车旅馆，设施破旧。房间的家具老旧，而且很多设施不好用，譬如洗手间的洗手盆下水太慢，严重影响使用。
浴室里有霉菌，淋浴间和水槽里有头发。墙上有洞。总体来说，条件很差。停车场很暗，给人一种简陋的感觉。床很不舒服。整个地方都需要彻底整修。工作人员很热情，但我们不会再预订这家酒店。我会继续前行，找其他地方住
