家人们谨慎避雷,这家店严重种族歧视,店员对待白人热情谄媚,对待华人冷脸态度傲慢。本来免费赠送的矿泉水,入住时排队在我们前面的白人就主动递给人家,一个房间两个白人可以送4瓶,我和我朋友预定两个房间,找前台要水的时候先被盘问个人信息,然后一人一瓶想多要一瓶还被讽刺说这水没收费!!暗指我们贪便宜!还有寄存行李的时候故意把我们晾在一边,入住的时候各种盘问信息,预定的房型跟入住的房型不符,其次选这家店是为了离机场近,但是介绍里显示的是直线距离,事实上从机场到酒店要绕一大圈并且经过一个很危险的路口,路也不好找。住在这个酒店是整个英国之旅最坏的体验!My stay at this hotel in Manchester was deeply disappointing — I was treated in an unfair way that I can only describe as ******.

房间不大,较为整洁,交通便利,步行到机场和火车站10分钟以内,可以说很满意了。very good hotel

环境:很好,在机场旁边一点都不吵,设施很好,有送的曲奇
服务:很好,有华人礼遇
酒店不是特别靠近机场,不是很方便,需要走出机场一段。朋友为了吃到他们家特别曲奇选定的,曲奇确实好吃。
早餐很棒,入住时还送了曲奇。酒店离机场和火车站都很近。但空调噪音有点大,那天曼彻斯特又很热,导致晚上睡得不太好。除此之外,都挺好的。
卫生:很差,房间不干净,卫生间还有脏东西
环境:主要是离着机场很近,就还行吧,尽量别住一楼
服务:超级差,问话前台爱答不理,而且也不给提供水/牙刷之类的产品,要了也不给

总的来说还不错。房间很宽敞,所需物品一应俱全。有一点需要改进,淋浴水压很小,洗澡体验不太好。早餐种类丰富,味道也不错。位置不算最好,因为它离机场有10分钟路程。
说是对华人友好,酒店前台的服务员对白人非常客气,主动送水。为华人办理入住却头都不抬,不主动送水,我们自己下去要,还只能一人一瓶,说是本来就没收费,太刻薄了加种族歧视了,不会再去,也会告诉国内的朋友不要再住希尔顿。
我们从度假回来,凌晨抵达曼彻斯特机场,之后入住了希尔顿曼彻斯特机场酒店,体验非常棒。酒店让一切都变得轻松无忧,这正是我们长途旅行后所需要的。办理入住手续很顺利,工作人员也很热情。我们的房间一尘不染,宽敞舒适,是休息的绝佳场所。最令人印象深刻的是服务水平,工作人员热情、专业,并竭尽全力确保我们得到所需的一切。尽管时间很晚了,他们也毫无怨言。这是我们旅行最后一站的完美句号,下次再经过曼彻斯特机场时,我们很乐意再次入住这里。

从T4出来跟着指引大概走8分钟就到了。有专门的免费巴士送到其他航站楼,但是我要坐的去T5的巴士并没有按照时间表出现,等了15分钟都没有来,最后还是步行回到T4坐了其他巴士才到的。
