Staff was nice and professional. Rooms were clean. Hotel was clean. Room was big. Beds comfortable. But there was 3 long hairs in between the sheets. The sheets were clean but housekeeping needs to watch for their hair being left behind

Pool wasnt clean, hot tub wasnt hot and no running jets, sauna wasnt working, no pool towels. In room 348 coffee maker not working and 3rd floor ice maker not working. 2 night stay and no housekeeping. Breakfast was busy, long lines and variety not great, eggs are gross. We have stayed in your hotel at least 20 times in 5 years and this was the worst stay we had not sure if we will return.
