The room was very clean and comfortable. If I visit Deridder again. I would definitely choose Best Western!

I have no complaints about the property or the staff and I will stay there again. My check-in was delayed because of the hotel unable to process my virtual credit card from *******. It was resolved, but it was inconvient.

This is probably the nicest hotel in Deridder. That's probably not saying much since the other hotels are Oyo and America's Best Value but I had no problems and it was clean. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly.

A comfortable hotel. Rhonda in the breakfast/kitchen area went above and beyond in making sure everyone had what they needed!

Double dipping??
I booked rooms through a third party. A credit card was needed for incidentals. After checking out, the hotel put the room cards, which I had already paid, on my credit card.
