Simple and clean hotel. Rooms were cleaned everyday. The breakfast and restaurant staff were excellent. Always smiling and very helpful. Would go back to this hotel next year again. Good housekeeping and receptionist too. They even offer us a room after we check out from the hotel

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort care and cleanliness. Above all their restaurant’s quality of food and service was above par. We thoroughly enjoyed their vegetarian delights and breakfast spread was always superb for the 8days we stayed there. Their staff Kailash served with full Passion and charisma. It is undoubtedly one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. The hotel encourages customers to "re-use" the bed linen to save water - but because they use an old and outdated solar heating system - you have to allow a million litres of water to run waste before you can get decent hot water in the bathroom to take a bath. There was a horrible musty smell from the air conditioning - the room does not smell clean and fresh. The shower curtain in the bathroom stinks to hell and has probably never been cleaned (ever). It smelt like the public urinal at the Surat Railway station. The water pressure in the shower is non existent - taking a shower was like standing under a leak not like using a shower. The crowning glory was - When I was leaving the hotel the front desk asked me to pay for the room which I had already paid for at the time of booking - in fact - I had paid for the room while booking it on the Suba Hotels website (the Group which owns the Yuvraj). They had a printed confirmation showing amount paid 2576 - balance due 0.00 - but the the front desk keept insisting "Humko nahi mila" (we didn't receive it). I had to show them proof of payment using the sms I received from the bank as well as a screenshot of my bank statement to show them that they money has been paid - all the while as I was getting delayed to catch my train back. What is the customer supposed to do if their systems work in such a way that when I have paid on their own Website - the hotel which is a part of the Group - did not receive the payment and they harass the customer for their own shortcomings. After I showed proof of payment, the front desk let it slip that they have a system of monthly settlements with the parent company - compounding my anger and irritation - meaning that they knew that they may have received payment but expect the customer to show proof beyond what is normal. All in all - a horrible experience which I don't recommend to anyone.

Nice rooms and front desk is good to approach.very close to many businesses points.defintly recommend to friends and business associates. Good ambient.frontdesk people are very cordial. Room are clean and well maintained. Aaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Super food super service ; Nice and comfortable place to stay, Enjoyed my stay main benefit is near by station and depo, walkable. Also can be Rome in station area. So overall nice place and easy to stay.

Rooms are clumsy with no proper symmetry very small rooms once you enter there is no other option than to jump on bed so small that you have to do it water if exhausted you have to buy one breakfast is also clumsy
