The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. It served our needs for a quick visit to Annapolis. There is no elevator so that could be an issue for the disabled or elderly.

Roaches
I was in room 138. I checked in at midnight and woke up to cockroaches in the bathroom. I notified the front desk and they moved me to room 138. The next morning I woke up to roaches in the bedding area. I notified them again and that I was informing the health department about their pest problem.

For a one night stay it was ok. Floor/toilet was tilted sideways, sink drain lever missing. Towels were thin, but really absorbent which was interesting. Bed was comfy and breakfast was good
