Staff was very nice. Room needed some upkeep. The shower faucet was leaking and a few of the parts in the shower were disconnected. Neither got in the way of the function of the shower. I told front desk but we didn't need it to be fixed during our stay.

Yes, the entire hotel is very neglected, needing many repairs, updates, and thorough cleaning. The carpet was disgusting with stains everywhere; there were holes in the walls and also in the furniture upholstery. There was mold in the corners of the shower, and also in the grout in the bathroom. The shower head had mold in it. The towels had holes in them. (I have pics of all of these things). The lotion dispenser was also empty.
The staff, however, was very good, and the breakfast was pretty decent. The lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom was a pleasant surprise.

Room was nice when we first arrived, however, the guest that was above left the bathtub running and water poured into our bathroom below.. As it was a Saturday, staff member at the front desk stated the maintenance guy was not back until Monday. No offer to clean up the water which was a significant amount or provide more towel. Stated that the water would stop eventually. Toilet was unusable. No other rooms available that night in the hotel. Asked the manager to call me Monday to discuss and heard nothing... Finally got reimbursed for the room but the inconvenience and lack of interest to assist will not have me coming back .. .Thank you to the staff member for not helping or offering any service Monday..
