The hotel was good but there was no tea provided which was a big problem for us. None at breakfast and none in the room.

Cleanliness
The hotel was nice. The staff was clueless, and weren’t very eager to help. My room refrigerator was left dirty from the last guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Must entire property needs a full makeover and updating. Really musty carpets. I had to change my room twice. Coffee machine to make lattees is a plus. Breakfast was nice with lots of options. Unfortunately I would not stay here again.

Unfriendly staff
Was accused of dialing 911 and not apologized too after staff realized it wasn’t our room. Found 2 roaches and was told they didn’t believe that, and the main room ac didn’t work well.

Not sure I would stay again
It's a much older property and the A/C unit was very noisy making it difficult to sleep. Staff were very nice. Towels were very rough.

Disappointing Experience from Start to Finish
My stay was full of issues from the moment I checked in. I had booked and paid for a 1 King Suite, but was given a standard 2 Queen room instead. When I tried calling the front desk to address the issue, the in-room phone didn’t even work—so I had to go down in person.
When I showed the staff my receipt clearly stating I booked a suite, I was told they were fully booked and couldn’t accommodate the room I paid for. No upgrade, no refund, not even a real apology—just a “sorry.” At that point, I was stuck for the night and decided to just get through it.
The room itself was disappointing: the bed was uncomfortable, the mini fridge was dirty, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. On top of that, the walls were paper-thin—I could hear every door, conversation, and car passing by. Even the elevators were unbearably hot.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

The bed was hard and the pillows bad. One of the outlets in our room was burnt. The pool was cloudy. The tv did not work having kids that was not cool since we had been traveling 11 hours. The front desk did her best. The manager got mad at her for bothering him while she was trying to fix the tv.
