Recently got an opportunity to stay at the resort for corporate event (single night). Surprisingly it was amazing! Great space, well spread out, lush green property and loads to do. Location - It is roughly 1 hour from Ambience Mall, Gurgaon. And after you cross the toll, jt hardly takes 30 minutes to reach. Though it is 6 km from the Jaipur highway, but the road is of great condition and not much rush, so you can simply glide within 10 minutes. Property (+ Game area) - Resort is amazing, the more you roam, more you get to explore it. They got amazing activity area, where they have floor chess board, snakes & ladders and many more. Good space to sit and play board games as well. Appart from that, they have space to play pickle ball, bandminton, cricket. One of the best part was, there were other groups as well and happy to play together. Somehow the entire ambience is very peaceful. Rooms - Tge one we got was spacious. Even after bed, working table, chair, there is ample space left. Rooms were clean, had enough water bottles available to keep you hydrated throughout the day, tea/coffee options. Room service is pretty quick, we just had to dial and request was handled within few minutes. Meal - we had chinese and North Indian and taste was great. They were able to balance the spice level for all the guests. Even during evening, they offered high tea with little snacks like veg pakode, sandwiches. All in all it was great experience, much needed break after hectic corporate life and worthy as well. If you are looking for staycation with friends family or corporate buddies, this seems to be a great option.

The property is beautifully maintained, with spacious rooms, lush surroundings, and a very peaceful atmosphere—perfect for both leisure and corporate stays. They were extremely courteous, responsive, and ensured that every requirement was handled smoothly and professionally. I would also like to appreciate Sales Head Pradeep ji for his proactive coordination, transparent communication, and overall support. His approach made the entire booking and stay experience seamless and stress-free. The food quality, service standards, and staff behavior were excellent, and the team truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel valued. This was hands down our best staycation yet! We had an amazing time celebrating my husband’s birthday here, and everything about the experience was just perfect. To our surprise, they even upgraded our room, which made the stay feel extra special. The property is absolutely beautiful with a Pinterest-worthy aesthetic, a peaceful and soothing vibe, and plenty of fun activities to keep us entertained. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was serene, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. It was an unforgettable experience—and we’re already looking forward to coming back! ✨

The Resort was wonderful and their staff was so generous that we felt like it is our second home. Especial care has been given to toddlers and children's. Shri Mukesh Jha Ji, was very courteous and gem of the person. He takes care of food and other basic requirements.A must visit place recommended from my end.

Its a good staycation near Delhi surrounded by greenery and having so many activities to do. We stayed in family suite and it was too cozy, huge, comfortable with amazing views. Family activities ranging from Tambola in evening, Bouncy for kids, pickle ball,cricket, badminton, outdoor chess and ludo, dart game , toy train for kids ***** with pottery, quick camel and horse rides. You cannot find so many activities in any resort… So a must visit in winters ***** with kids and family. Special thanks to Mahibul in hospitality ***** with Mr. Juned Ali and Mr singh. Great job…

这是我经历过的最糟糕的服务，也是这家酒店最差的政策。他们拒绝提供餐具，让我们无法给孩子用餐。我们至少打了六次电话，多次催促后，他们才给了我们两个四分之一大小的盘子，就因为我们从外面买了更好的食物给孩子们吃，而孩子们又吃不下他们提供的难以下咽的食物。这一切都是为了强迫客人吃他们价格高得离谱、味道平平的套餐。房间破旧不堪，设施也十分简陋，酒店亟需翻新。他们竟然强迫我为一个10岁的孩子额外支付每晚1500元，仅仅因为房间里只有一张床垫。我在Agoda预订时已经选择了儿童房，但不知何故Agoda在我预订时删除了儿童房的选项，我当时并没有注意到。预订后我立即打电话给酒店，接电话的人说不用担心，我们会处理的。结果他们非但没有体谅我，反而开始强迫我。
如果你想找个轻松的周末度假胜地，贝斯特韦斯特乡村俱乐部度假村绝对是你最不该去的地方。我们为了庆祝朋友的生日住在这里，结果却是我住过的所有所谓“度假村”中最令人失望的一次。先说说最基本的：房间里居然没有杯子。你可能会觉得这在任何酒店都是标配，更何况是度假村。但事实并非如此——连个纸杯都没有。我们只能像在露营一样直接对着瓶子喝水。房间里的灯泡？都坏了。房间一角漆黑一片。浪漫？除非你是在和停电约会。空调也坏了，相信我，六月里汗流浃背可不是我们想要的。我们试着打电话给客房服务，但电话一直响个不停——根本没人接。一次都没有。我真的觉得客房服务电话只是个摆设。更糟糕的是？整个酒店居然没有冰块。想象一下，你打电话给前台，却被告知“先生，我们酒店没有冰块了。” 哪有度假村会缺冰块的？盛夏时节？还是在生日派对期间？简直荒谬至极。总之：这地方简直是个笑话。维护差劲，服务形同虚设，毫无待客之道。省下你的钱、时间和精力吧——随便住哪儿都行。如果可以的话，我给0/5分。
