The ac units werent working in the lobby or the room. The worked acted like i was a burden to check in.

If you could call and talk to me so I can get some information to take care to see it doesn't happen again. I take it serious if one of ours is not doing their best by our guests. Room was clean and quiet but showing its age a little bit. The beds were quite firm but comfortable. Front desk staff were super kind and professional. Property access and parking were super simple even with major road construction underway.

This place is a NOPE
I don’t know what kind of hotels these other reviewers who are leaving 10 star reviews are normally staying in but this place is gross. It’s like an old motel 6 someone slapped a Best Western sign on. Our room had stains on the ceiling, the AC was loud and obnoxious, the floor tiles in the bathroom tilted when you walked on them like there was no subfloor and the carpet and walls were greasy and stained. We stayed one night and left. The staff is very pleasant and nice and helpful but that’s where the “good” points about this place end. Do yourself a favor and stay at the place down the road that you pass on your way to the Best Western, it’s a lot nicer and clean.

床很舒服，但位置不太好。
房间还可以，但有点老旧，我们不喜欢厕所和淋浴间与洗手池分开的设计。淋浴/浴缸的水龙头很松动，看起来很旧，而且很难控制水温。如果不小心，很容易被烫伤。这家“汽车旅馆”位置不太好，紧邻主干道，而且入口外目前正在进行大规模的道路施工。早餐还算可以，但是果汁机里的果汁好像只有水一样！
这家旅馆唯一的亮点就是床很舒服！
毫无疑问，这是一个老地方。它不是崭新闪亮的，但功能齐全，经营者尽最大努力让您住得舒适。
早餐出奇地好。几棵树后面有一家很棒的墨西哥餐厅，步行不远即可到达。非常方便。
工作人员很友好，非常乐于助人。我们来这里参加家庭聚会。我租了 3 个房间，房间很干净，毛巾也很多。我们在办理入住时为每个房间都准备了一个小水果篮。早餐很丰盛，大堂全天供应咖啡、果汁和饼干。
聚会前后，有很多孩子在温水游泳池玩耍，跑进大堂拿零食和毛巾。工作人员对这一切都泰然处之。

回家时，我决定走一条不同的路线，经过惠特兰小镇。在查看了附近夏延的一些酒店价格后，我决定在这里停留。我很高兴我这么做了。房间舒适干净。浴室很小，可能有点过时，但一切都很好。总的来说，房间舒适干净。前台工作人员友好而专业，我办理入住手续时收到了一个礼品篮。哇！停车场对面还有一个宠物区，里面有一些桌椅。免费早餐提供各种热食（鸡蛋、培根、香肠、煎蛋）和冷食。印象非常深刻！
