Nice family room with deck overlooking the beach and lake. Lovely view. Very nice swimming pool, which kids thoroughly enjoyed. Sparkling clean with fresh towels provided at pool. Front desk staff friendly and helpful, altho I was accidentally charged for 5 instead of 4 ferry tickets; and I wish the front desk would have asked what age kids I was buying tickets for and then informed me that 4yrs and under are free. We were overall happy with stay but $680 for two nights was definitely overpriced.

The desk one man and a woman were so rude .. I would have walked out if I wouldn’t lose my money ..,they were snotty .. but other than the desk help .. others were nice ..

The view was amaxing. The room and furnishings are very dated. The walls are either thin or both sides of neighbors were hearing impaired. The TV's were very loud well after midnight.

Comfortable and Convenient
My beachside room was just what I wanted, with easy access to the beach and a view of the sunrise every morning. The hotel's location is convenient to restaurants, shops, and the ferry to Mackinac Island.

I have stayed in many best western hotels with excellent service. I was very disappointed with my most recent stay at the best western in mackinaw city. The staff was extremely rude. I came into the lobby to an employee screaming at a customer and subsequently chasing them out of the lobby. I then went to breakfast the following morning and was mistreated by staff who was preparing the food fo asking a simple question of them. I unfortunately would not recommend this hotel and will not be staying again.

Great stay. Right on the lake, great patio off the room. Awesome sunrise. Good breakfast included.
The pool has so much chlorine it stings the eyes and smells super strong. The pool area needs ventilation or airflow as it was hotter than a sauna in the afternoon but once we propped a door open it improved

We had a lakefront room where you could walk out of the sliding glass door and you were on the beach. There was a fire pit and lots of chairs. Very nice beach area. Nice breakfast. Nice pool. Looking forwards to staying there again.

位置便利，就在市中心，餐饮娱乐都很方便。工作人员按时完成所有要求，但前台小哥看起来对每天面对这么多顾客有些恼火。酒店里到处都是破旧的餐具和塑料包装，环保措施亟待改进。健身房唯一的重量训练器械已经破旧不堪，几乎没什么阻力。泳池边的休闲区很不错。
