The front staff was not friendly. The carpet in the room had oily stains throughout. The air conditioner was noisy and sounded like a freight train. Slight odor when entering the room. The bed linens were clean and smelled good as did the towels and wash cloths. But, the rooms need som upgrading.

Booked hotel in wrong town and they were inconsiderate and refused to refund my stay. I will never stay here and give a penny more to such rude hateful people.

The bed was very firm but not unpleasantly so and I appreciated the plethora of pillows.
Was able to take a very nice shower and not run out of hot water.
One minor thing - no juice available for breakfast
Overall, very pleased and will stay again when I visit Quanah.

I stayed here on a stop while traveling. The staff were very friendly and professional. I left a bag in the bathroom when I checked out. They called me within 15 minutes to let me know. The only reason I marked “Good” on a couple of things is because it seems to be an older hotel that still needs a little love. This didn’t bother me, though. Overall, I was pleased.

This property is run down, receptionist had to let us in our room the key card machine didn’t work. The room smelled musky and moldy, the A/C made loud noises most of the night. No waffle Maxine at breakfast gravy

Beware!!!
I should of suspected something when I saw the condition of the parking lot--Covered with dirt and gravel and unmowed grass areas. At check in found out that the electronic key system was not working (had been out for weeks) and the desk clerk had to walk you to your room to let you in every time you left the room. Mens restroom on the first floor was out of order. When I took a shower the towel I took off of the rack was so worn it had 2 huge holes in it. Will not stay there again. Do not understand how it keeps its Best Western connections.
