Awful location, dirty overall, poor air conditioning, broken hair dryer, stale smell in bath towels, no hand towels, torn bed covers, noisy, poor customer service. I have run short of words to describe why to stay away from this hotel. Good luck with your stay if you still choose this hotel.

A superb property, located close to the main Chandigarh . The property needs to have a makeover from the exterior side though. Rooms were clean. Also the reception staff is very supportive. Overall a very nice stay and a very courteous staff. Thanks

Where do I start. We turned up for check in, only to be told there is no booking for us. Reception staff were totally clueless, luckily I had an email confirming my booking. Eventually they found our booking. Then we are allocated a room. We went upstairs to our allocated room, to our horror the key opened the door only to find another couple in the room. Shocking was an understatement. Not even an apology from the hotel, Eventually they allocated a different room. But from start to finish poor service.

Good hotel. Reasonably priced. Rooms are not so large but decent in size. It's not a luxury type stay but neat ,clean and good looking hotel. Service by staff is very satisfactory. Buffet breakfast and dinner not very wide type of spread but whatever they serve of good taste and fresh. Overall a value for money stay.

Excellent service. We have been staying here since 5 years and it’s just so perfect. Everyone is so welcoming. Pardeep is really helpful in Menu recommendations. Ravi, Madan, Pankaj, and Chef Vishal are really great in dining and kitchen department. Bablu is excellent worker in housekeeping department.

Very nice experience of 1 night stay at Hotel. The restaurant staff specially Miss Harman and Mr Ajit made our day with good service, cooperation, kind gesture made memorable hosting experience for us. We were having kids with us, they keep them engaging and meanwhile best ever service and hospitality. All other support staff was also very nice and cooperative. One of the restaurant staff (male) was from Baddi (HP) was also very supportive. Overall Enjoyed a lot. Once again special mention of Miss Harman for her kind hospitality.

I loved the experience. The services was great . The ambience was also good . I loved the food also . And i will come in this hotel again cause i liked this server harman . I loved the environment also . The restraunt staff also treated me very nicely .

Its good for stay But the Ac Is Not Working Problem And the Blanket is also used someone its dirty . But The girl simran at Front Desk Associate its too nice behave talking , Eye Contact , Its too Good Behavior ....
整体入住体验不错，房间和服务都很好。食物方面就比较一般了。
酒店还不错，就是有点旧了，隔音方面有待提高。
