Overall our stay was a 4. The staff was super nice and friendly. The breakfast was also very good. However our room had a slight smell to it almost melded type smell. It wasn’t super overwhelming but noticeable. Also the carpet seemed damp. Hence the smell. I just wore my sandals in room.

Our first room had a clogged sink. The front desk staff tried to fix it by putting some drain opener in the sink the next morning, but it didn’t work, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the beds in the second room were very uncomfortable. The bed I slept in had a squeaky frame and a worn mattress that sank no matter where I laid. My daughter’s bed also had a dip in the middle. The shower head in the second room sprayed water all over the bathroom floor and door. I reported this to the morning staff, but she said maintenance had already left for the day. She wrote a note for maintenance, but no one ever came to fix the issue. I mentioned it again during checkout, and the front desk staff said he would let maintenance know and also made a note about it. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed for future guests. Other than those problems, both rooms were clean, and the housekeeping and breakfast staff were very friendly and accommodating.
