Although the hotel is a little dated the rooms were very clean, and quite roomy. The pool and hot tub were well maintained. The breakfast was good, nice feature to be included. The check in went smooth and the hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Didnt clean our room. Houekeeper lied and said do not disturb sign was on door??? We double checked before we complained and it was NOT . We left just after 10 and returned just before 7. Our grand-daughters b-day so had ppl over to this mess. Front desk brought some towels and i changed garbage.she left note for a discount. Refused to give discount this morning?? Terrible

1) Requested for a room on the main floor, but the staff didn't receive it because I booked with the third party.
2) By the time, I asked for the main floor- the staff said no without reason. The hotel was not full at all.
3) The staff had no clue whether the room was ready.

Staff was excellent, friendly. Polite and helpful, room was nice but the TV channel selections was terrible. Some basic Channrl selection with no guide or listing of channels so it had to go through one at a time. No movie selections either.

like most properties in this area it is oldER, staff do a good job to keep clean & inviting - we would stay here again
旅程中过渡一晚是完全没有问题的，设施环境就是当地小旅馆，还算干净的，早餐自助，加拿大早餐内容都差不多， 吃了几天就实在不想再吃了。对了价格便宜实惠。
我在这家酒店住过不止一次了。这里的清洁人员总是非常出色，从来没有让我失望过。早餐也总是热腾腾的，随时可以享用。另外，咖啡的味道对我来说也很重要，这里的咖啡总是令人满意。价格合理，而且窗外能看到美丽的河景，这绝对是额外的加分项。
能看到河景的房间虽然有点旧了，但很干净，咖啡也很好喝。
酒店很干净，房间也很大。
这家酒店非常干净，员工也很友好。床铺睡起来很舒服。唯一的问题是空调，晚上噪音很大，挺烦人的。
