The room you were checked into was off market because of a issue with the door locks and the guest that was in that room was moved to another room. A computer error resulted in the room being listed as clean and vacant and you were checked into that room. We are so sorry that this happened to you! I have now implemented a plan that all rooms are to be checked every day before a guest checks in regardless if they are listed as vacant and clean in our system. 酒店回复: Thank you for your review of our property. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. It is true our property is older but we have made improvements at our property in the last several years such as remolding our breakfast area, new furniture and lamps for our rooms. Our future planned improvements are; interior and exterior painting and 50 inch TVs for all rooms. Because of the increased cost of operating a business we have tried to minimize raising our room rates for our guests while also trying to make improvements and updates to our property. We would like to thank you for staying with us.

After searching the room we couldn't find any more invaders, though we did find a dead moth. I am truly sorry that you had such a bad exeriance. I have shared your feedback with Housekeeping.
