Arrived very late. Some confusion over room. Eventually get to room. Big enough for my wheelchair on only foot and one side of bed. Great wet room. Very limited electric sockets by head of bed. ( I need to plug in life saving equipment and charge my chair )

So we have stayed at this hotel twice. The first time it wasn’t especially easy to park, the bathroom smelt really bad - the only reason we didn’t ask to move room was because we were exhausted, had unpacked before we realised and were only staying one night. When we went to make drinks the cups were so dirty I had to take them downstairs and ask for replacements. We had not prebooked for dinner so were lucky to nab the last spot at a sensible time. We stayed again because of price and convenience of location to where we were going and have always used Premier Inns so put it down to a one off. This time there were no proper parking spaces left - we ended up having to leave the car round the side of the building - various people had ‘made up’ parking spaces. We’d had the foresight to book a table as we were aware it was valentines. The eating area was busy but not completely packed. Our waitress was really nice but the food took an hour to arrive - after asking twice - frustratingly we then had to queue for quite a while to pay! When we got to our room the smell was ok and it felt cleaner than the previous one - however, the cups were dirty again. I was already ready for bed at that point so washed them up in the bathroom and left them soaking in boiling water. Although it’s an ideal location for us we will find another venue in future, just not up to PIs usual standard.

Reallyexcellent . In particular the receptionist and the lady in the dining room at breakfast who was so good in dealing with gluten free food recommendations. Probably the best Premier Inn we have stayed in

Picked as. Convenient for our needs. Very pleasant stay. Room was good size, clean with comfy king bed. Would use again. Miller and Carter pub across the carpark with very nice food.. Didn't use on-site eating place as it wasn't open staff member was very apologetic as it was the first Sunday evening for ages it had been shut as lodge had very few rooms let that night. Didn't have breakfast so can't comment.
