Room smelled like mildew, could see mold under ac unit in wall. Beds were clean though. Place to sleep for the night. Pet friendly, smelled like urine

We were charged a pet fee twice, once upon check in and then when my husband checked out the next morning, the same employee charged him again saying the night before my card had declined. It in fact had not- when we told him this, he said we would need to contact corporate to get our money back. Not very helpful. Could not sleep because the property felt dirty.

Motel 6 disguised as a Best Western
Tried 3 different rooms. All rooms had stained carpet and damp floors because they had supposedly cleaned all the carpets that day. One room smelled like pee. The biggest reason I give this a 1 star is because this is the worst Best Western I have ever stayed in by far. Whoever designed the outside color scheme should be fired. I will not stay here again.

Not up to BW standards. In need of renovation. Has the old striped carpet from the 70’s (sticky) and drop ceiling in bathroom. Cigarette butts all around the outside of the property. Good breakfast though.

Before reserving rooms I called guest service & to enquire that we are family of five & i was told by receptionist that as long as 5th member is family (2-parents & 3-kids), we can book a room for family. After checking in & taking my credit card information, the staff changed their statement: Five people can't be in one room. This was a very terrible experience

Stay was just ok. Bedding didn’t appear to have been changed from prior guest. After pulling back blankets, sheets had hair all over them. There was an unpleasant mold/mildew odor in the room.
Staff however was very pleasant, easy check-in.

This is a motel with dirty towels and cigarette burns in the comforter. It is not executive or an inn or anything like it.
It also has blood on the bathroom wall and dirty foot and hand prints all over the door.
