My family and I were pleased with overall experience with the stay but the parking fee was a rip off. The breakfast is English breakfast basic. It was said that they are serving continental breakfast and when we came in for breakfast, the set up has a lot of missing items (sugar, table napkins, sugar, water and even kitchen in the table were not check if there is still in the table as they are still setting up at that time which they said it’s already open at 6.30 am. We went down at 6.45 am. Little things makes difference.

酒店地理位置优越，从巴斯火车站出来坐公交车直达酒店门口的公交站，十分方便。酒店下午办理入住手续，可以先免费寄存行李。房间很舒适很安静很宽敞，预订无障碍房间空间更大，前台工作人员提醒切记不要拉房间里的绳子。晚餐可以在餐厅点餐，自助早餐很美味。感谢工作人员的服务！

这家酒店的服务非常好，由于突发事件行程变动，原先2天的住宿改了时间改了天数，和酒店协商非常友好的没有收违约金。 停车收费要去前台要一个优惠Code17.5磅，否则50磅24小时。 PS：退房后的几天发生了一件不太愉快的事件，我们退房的时候明明付了停车费，但过了几天酒店给我们写邮件说我们未付费要罚款35磅，建议大家如果租车的话，英国的停车费什么的都保留一下票据🎫。

Nice hotel just outside of the City. You can wall to The City centre in 15 mins and it is strongly recommeded. Hotel staff is very helpful and they seem to be in good mood. We stayed for 3 nights and definetely come Back to this hotel when coming to Bath.

我们是自驾，支付了17.5磅的停车费（可以停24小时）。订的双人床+沙发床，但是去的时候沙发床没有铺开，还需要特地去沟通才给铺，这点有些不满意
