The place is tired and worn and smells. Fortunately after we checked in around 4 PM, we immediately departed for several hours to meet friends and left the window open and HVAC fan running to try to air out the room. It was a little better upon our return. But the odor gave us a bit of a headache. The sort of situation where you know they have been using too many air fresheners and carpet cleaners for too long a period of time. Time to ***** the carpet and soft goods out and refresh the room.

Room was ok but it was right next to the elevator and that kept us up most of the night. The staff was pleasant.

The breakfast was the same every day - need a little variety. Beds were very comfortable.

The continental breakfast was great, and the hotel smelled so good! The service was great as well.

I ended up staying here because the hotel that I was booked at called me and said they were having a plumbing issue and that they couldn’t honor my reservation. Let me tell you… This is a utilitarian hotel. The staff is pleasant, but not overly courteous, the rooms are old and smell of cigarette smoke even if it’s a non-smoking room, the air conditioning has a weird smell, and you can hear the traffic outside regardless of what side of the hotel you were on. It’s not a place I would seek out to stay at again.

电视有点故障，其他都还好。我平时不怎么待在房间里，出去探亲了，所以直到退房才报告电视故障。
