I would never return…the drain didn’t work in the bathtub as you showered the tub filled with water…the room wasn’t really clean carpet was dirty had a smell to it..the whole room.the breakfast was literally disgusting….first morning the yogurt machine was all plugged up…the bagels were in a bag instead of in the case. …second morning there was nothing barely out and I had to ask for bagels….i went to get coffee the tray that creamers were in was filthy….there were some creamers at the bottom and they were dried up and hard where the cream is just thrown on top and never rotated.i brought it to the staffs attention….totally disgusting…..went back in to get my bagel and the yogurt machine was worse then the previous day…if the board of health had seen the condition of the breakfast they would close the breakfast down….totally unhealthy.

Room 101 carpet was filthy and huge stains. Gross! I've never seen anything like it in a hotel room I rented. Exasperated staff said management would not put any money into the hotel as it was soon to be renovated for a hillton. I would hope best western pulled their franchise. Feel sorry for the exasperated few staff who have to deal with this on a daily basis. Beware of staying at this Watertown hotel!

I chose this hotel for its close proximity to the Samaritan Medical Center; it is within a half mile from the hospital. My interaction with hotel staff for check-in and check-out were both brief but staff was pleasant. There was coffee and tea available in the main lobby as well as vending machines. Room 101, the king bed suite was very spacious and reasonably priced. The carpet was stained in several areas and the curtains and sofa were also stained. The lamp shades were cracked and damaged. The ceiling had marks of repair work. The conditioner bottle was half full and had noticeable grime on it, as if it had been used. There was a coffee pod left in the coffee maker from the previous guest. The fitted bed sheet was extremely thin and had a small hole. There was ample parking. The location was convenient but the quality was lacking.

Where should I start? Well, I was waiting for the receptionist for 20 minutes; the elevator is not working; I was running back and forth tried to get a functioning keycard without the elevator; the receptionist ended up using her keycard open the door for me—without providing a functioning keycard; my booking includes complimentary breakfast, but they told me the breakfast might not be served if the food truck could not come on time; and the room is not clean, they refused to give me another room. I will never use Best Western again! AirBnB became so popular for a reason!

We will never stay here again. The receptionist was rude, the room and building were in poor repair and housekeeping walked in on my husband though we had the request for "privacy" sign on the door.

this hotel will soon fall under the Hilton label. Can;t happen soon enough. Breakfast is passable but for the most part, poor. Desk service under Best Western standards, particularily, attitude of some of the people. Our room had no toilet paper on arrival. The desk clerk gave me 1 roll.

Not only could I hear noise and talking from the hallway ..... I also could hear dogs barking from within a room!! There were one or two dogs across the hall from me and down a couple of doors. It was horrible! They barked a lot, including at night. I had to complain to the person at the front desk. It was hard to relax or sleep with the barking. So, even if I was in my room, I could hear the dogs barking from within their room, even though it wasn't that close to me!! On top of that I'm allergic to dogs, and was afraid I might get sick. They didn't appear to be service dogs, since it was more of a higher pitch yapping, instead of a bark. Dogs should not be allowed to stay in rooms in your hotel!! I can't recommend your hotel to others because of this.

我们入住时特意问了前台泳池是否开放。当气温高达90华氏度，情侣/家庭选择有泳池的酒店时……泳池就是他们度假休闲的一部分。我们入住后，安顿好行李，就直接去了泳池。结果15分钟后，我们被告知泳池要关闭（下午3点半），当天和晚上都不会再开放了。酒店应该退还部分费用或者提供其他补偿。下次我不会再住这家酒店了。
工作人员很棒，经理也很棒。游泳池即将开放。午餐盒超级好。酒店位置优越，位于市中心，距离主要购物中心（沃尔玛、塔吉特、Ulta、德州路屋等）仅 5 分钟路程。
