The rooms were run down and dirty. No amenities, such as tissue, coffee pot, hair dryer, and iron. Towels are thin and tiny. Maybe for children not for adults.

Everything was okay, as I expected for the price, but I’ve never seen the vent in the bathroom gave off heat, instead of taking the smell out. The water pressure for the shower was weak.

The first room they rented me had a chirping smoke detector, so they moved me into another room where the cardkey failed to open the door, and the shower head fell off---twice! Wi-fi was almost non-existent, and TV reception spotty. Very loud air conditioner. I do not recommend this facility, although bed and furniture were confortable.

The desk clerk Rachel Moreno was wonderful and very efficient and helpful with my stay. I have strayed here in the past with her being at the counter and always smiling and being helpful

I have stayed. At this property multiple times and never had any issues until now. I've never had to pay a deposit. But as soon as I handed my deposit over I knew for some reason I wasn't getting it back. When I go to the front desk for my deposit it's just like I'm sorry but you can't have it because the towels were dirty I said what if I take and clean them myself because I know I can veà

We specifically chose this hotel over several others because it advertised free breakfast. When I asked what time breakfast was available at check-in, I was told they had stopped breakfast. I was given no option or accommodation for the false advertising.

The only thing i didn't like was no shampoo in shower. Other than that it was a great room. AC was amazing, comfy bed. Next time I'm there I'll stay there

The hotel apparently overbooked and half of our party was left with no room even though they booked in advance. All 5 of us had to cram in one king bed room. We had to go buy air mattresses so everyone would have a place to sleep. Upon entering the room it smelled of mildew real bad. It was not clean. Even had someone’s left behind nasty sock in the bathroom. The fridge also stunk bad and didn’t cool well. We did not have near enough towels in the room. We went for a swim the pool was in bad shape and the water was stinky. I will never stay here again. Absolutely the worst motel I’ve ever stayed at.
